Orders placed before 3:00 pm eastern time will be processed and shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends & holidays. Please remember that ONLY Express Shipping is guaranteed to process and ship within 24 hours. Any service other than USPS Express could take up to 7 business days for delivery not including weekends or holidays. Most packages shipped via USPS Priority processed via STAMPS.COM and arrive at their destination within 2 to 3 business days depending on destination and weather conditions while in transit. Larger packages that are shipped via US Post Office Parcel Postage Service could take longer to arrive. Once an order is processed, Shipping Fees are non-refundable. The Doll Genie does not refund shipping on returned items.

Orders shipped outside of the United States must be paid for using PAYPAL and will be charged the appropriate International Express shipping fees as they apply to each country. Anyone Shipping to Military APO, FPO or CPO, Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii can take longer than normal shipping times to arrive at their final destination even if shipped via US Post Office Priority. Shipping to Europe or any other foreign countries are shipped via US Post Office International Express Services with Insurance and signature required. International Shipping is quoted by the price, size, weight and destination of the package. Packages shipped to Canada and foreign countries can often be delayed by customs. We have no control over Customs processing. We do not know and cannot charge taxes for foreign countries that may apply to gifts. Each country has different Customs Policies and taxes that may apply to your order, therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery times of packages shipped outside of the United States. Any foreign taxes that may possibly be applied to your order through customs must be paid by the recipient or the package will not be released. We have no control over how Customs handles gifts or packages sent within a foreign country. Please make sure that the person you are sending a gift to overseas is aware of their countries Customs Policies and Taxes and that they are informed that they may be charged a tax for delivery within their country. We do NOT collect money for foreign taxes or customs fees. Review items you have ordered before you complete check-out forms. Make sure you are ordering the correct item!

For security reasons, all information provided as a form of payment MUST match the information on file with the processing Credit Card Bank or the payment will be declined. We will only ship to the address that matches the credit card payment, no exceptions. This policy protects both of us and prevents credit card fraud.
Make sure that your "SHIP TO" address is accurate and that someone (adult) is available to sign for your package at the address you listed. Please make sure your address details are complete - it is very important that we have accurate e-mail and telephone information to be able to communicate with you when needed. For both yours and our security, all packages shipped from DOLLGENIE.COM will require a signature at the final destination. Please make sure if you work all day or you are not available to sign, that your SHIP TO address listed at 'CHECK-OUT' reflects the proper address where someone can accept your package and sign for it. Any packages returned to us that need to be re-routed or re-addressed will be charged an additional shipping fee to re-ship your order to a different address. These shipping policies are non-negotiable.

Any packages returned to The Doll Genie because you did not give us accurate shipping information will only receive an online credit for the merchandise. We will not refund shipping and handling fees when incorrect shipping information is placed on order forms, only the cost of merchandise will be refunded when wrong address information is provided or no one is available to sign for packages and they are returned. Since we process the orders and ship to the address you provide to us, you must make sure you have listed all shipping details accurately before transmitting your order.

VERY IMPORTANT - Since all packages require a signature, before you sign for any package from DOLLGENIE.COM, make sure you inspect the shipping box for any damage that may have happened in transit. "IF" there is any damage, REFUSE DELIVERY and the Post Office will return the package to us at no charge to you. Once you accept the package and have not reported exterior damage to the shipping container, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Insurance claims for damage in transit start from the time the damage is recorded by the Post Office

Neither The Doll Genie or the Mattel Corporation in the business of selling boxes, we sell Barbie Dolls. The Post Office, UPS and FedEx will not, does not, nor can they insure condition of the Barbie Doll boxes. We insure all packages just in case there is damage you while in transit. Unless the box was damaged in transit/during shipping, the following details regarding Barbie Doll boxes is very important for collectors. We take every precaution in packing and shipping but we can not control what happens once the Barbie Doll leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your location. Remember... you are buying and collecting a doll... not a box. In the event you have placed an order and receive a package that was damaged during shipping and you did not refuse delivery, please get in touch with us immediately (within 24 hours of receipt) at 352-503-7574 so that we can assist you in filing an insurance claim. You must save the original packaging for the insurance claim including the box it was shipped in and all contents. All returns must be pre-approved and you must get a return authorization number from our customer service department to be included with the item you are returning or you will not be issued any credit for the returned item. If possible we will replace the damaged product immediately upon the return authorization receipt. Any returned products that we do not have a replacement for will be issued an ONLINE CREDIT to be used toward future purchases. Fees for shipping and processing are not refundable. If for any reason you had to cancel your order 'after' your credit card was charged, there will be a 5% charge deducted from the credit issued to cover any fees charged to our merchant account for the transaction and time allotted for processing your cancellation.

All of our items are NRFB - Never Removed From the Box (unless otherwise specified) meaning that the Barbie Dolls are still perfectly intact and undisturbed inside their original boxes, just as they were when they left the factory. We, at DOLLGENIE.COM , realize the importance of box condition, especially with more collectible, limited edition Barbie Dolls and we want to help you as best as we can. We assure you that even though we cannot guarantee a "perfect box", all of our Barbie Dolls are in great condition, and we will describe to the best of our ability the exact condition of the box when asked and even send you a picture of it if you ask. You can also specify on an order during checkout on the billing information page under "Instructions" that you are a collector concerned about the condition of the box and you want us to inspect the box for any imperfection and contact you prior to processing the order.
Because we sell hundreds of Barbie Dolls it is impossible to change the pictures of each and every doll on our web site daily, therefore we recommend for those people concerned about "box condition" to e-mail us for details and pictures. We take the condition of the boxes into consideration when we price our items and discount any Barbie Dolls with damaged boxes.

At times we accept reservations for new released items for a small fee. By making a reservation for a new item you are not ordering that item, you are only making a reservation to be placed on our High Priority List to be contacted first and offered the new release item for purchase before it is listed on our site for the general public. Reservation Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless either Mattel or OWDP cancels our order and does not ship the item. You always have the choice to wait until new release items are in stock to place an order. If you do make a reservation for an item and then place an order that item within 48 hours of being notified it is available, you will receive a DGRS Courtesy Discount to match your paid reservation fee for the item you reserved.
